Aarthi is a computer engineer by profession with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Her move back to India from the USA prompted her to explore something different and close to her heart. Aarthi questioned the problem of waste and why it was such a big problem. The search for answers to these questions led her to join hands with SWMRT. At SWMRT, Aarthi works with citizens to educate them on the importance of minimising waste. She also helps communities set up insitu waste management practices.

Aarthi is a mother of two young girls and an avid tennis player. She enjoys coaching young kids and spreading her love for the sport.
