Aishwarya Nair is a graduate of commerce with a Masters in Social Work in Physical and Mental Health from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.

Aishwarya has worked for Saukhyam Reusable Pads in Kollam, Kerala, promoting gender equity and sustainable menstruation. She has actively engaged with rehabilitation and care facilities like Mind Care Rehabilitation Centre, Assisi Snehalaya, Enfold Proactive Health Trust, Kasturba Gandhi Memorial De-Addiction, and Steps Rehabilitation Centre.

Aishwarya enjoys reading, singing, travelling and photography.
