Monika is the founder of SkyBlue Design, and has been practising communication design for the past 27 years and is a design educator weaving issues of sustainability into her teaching. She champions green living both at a personal, community and city level. Inspiring thousands of people across the country and abroad towards sustainable living practices. She also steers the citizen action and awareness group, NCR Waste Matters.She has been a Speaker of excellence at Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi; Speaker at Vedika Scholars; GD Goenka University; Gurujal, Gurugram; Rotary Club, Gurugram & Delhi; RNA Associates; Kennametal; Shriram Millennium Schools, Keya Schools amongst others.

At SWMRT, she is a part of the Why Burn Waste Team and holds sessions on Conscious Living, community and home composting for schools and corporates having addressed over 3000 students.
