Formerly a stockbroker, Sandya Narayanan is now a committed environmental activist. Being the Founding Member of SWMRT and a facilitator for the My Clean Malleswaram – Smart Swachh Malleswaram ( 2013-2016), Sandya has been a member for several city and state expert advisory committees. She has carried out training under Swachh Bharath – NIUA programme as an expert and key resource person. She has also conducted training for all ULBs in Karnataka and Goa. Sandya has been a representative member in the State Level Advisory Board (SLAB) convened as a requirement for the Swachh Bharath Abhiyaan Mission, and a Special Invitee to the BBMP SWM Expert Committee between 2017-18.
